You'll never buy hummus again once you try this recipe from one of winners of our Canadian Culinary School Competitions ~ created by Samuel Caron – Centre Calixa-Lavallee, Quebec, Canada
- 1 cup (250 ml) of chick peas
- 4 Bosc pears
- Olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
Coarsely chop pears and blend all ingredients in a blender.
