Wild Rice, Pear and Sweet Potato Salad

  • 2 cups wild rice, cooked
  • 8 1/2 ounces sweet potatoes, sliced into in cubes and cooked
  • 2 USA Pears in cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 packet of arugula

Mix all the ingredients and place in a salad bowl.

Wash the arugula leaves thoroughly and decorate the edges of the salad bowl. Serve.
