INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Anjou pear, diced
  • 1 TBS chopped jalapeno (can sub green or red pepper)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley (can sub cilantro)
  • 1 TBS sliced scallions
  • 1/2 TBS minced red onion (optional)
  • 3 TBS fresh squeezed lemon juice (can sub fresh orange or lime juice)
  • 1 TBS honey
  • 1/2 TBS olive or grapeseed oil
  • Pinch salt & pepper
